Create a full GTM systems architecture incorporating data flows, integrations, ownership, and dependencies.
Develop a GTM systems strategy outlining long-term direction, key initiatives, and prioritization principles.
Build cross-functional governance processes for guiding new workflows, integrations, and data model changes.
Implement conventions, data standards, and lifecycle stage definitions across all tools.
Set quarterly strategic reviews to align roadmaps across Sales, Marketing, CS, Engineering, and Data.
Prioritize high-impact automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve data quality across teams.
Define SLAS and working agreements for enhancement delivery, UAT participation, and change communication
Requirements
Experience with getting Executive alignment and sponsorship across Sales, Marketing, CS, Engineering, and Data to support unified governance and prioritization.
Experience with dedicated technical resourcing, defining engineering and data bandwidth for integrations and pipelines, and clearly defined capacity allocation across operational resources.
Experience working with multiple departmental stakeholders for process mapping, requirements gathering, and alignment on cross-functional workflows.
Experience with strategic planning, documentation, and architecture design rather than only operational firefighting.
Demonstrated leader in operating an effective team, both driving their individual growth and alignment with organizational needs.
