Responsible for sales activities across the entire customer lifecycle – from acquisition and account management to the development of existing customers
Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, ideally in grocery retail
Customer Success Management: ensure successful onboarding and high customer satisfaction
Support the implementation of our software at customer sites, including training and guidance during the initial phase
Plan, manage and operationally execute projects (both customer-facing and internal)
Work closely with company leadership on strategic and operational matters
Coordinate directly with internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor and optimize workflows and interfaces
Respond quickly and independently to operational challenges in day-to-day business
Identify and implement new processes and methods to increase efficiency
Actively contribute to the ongoing development of the company and our solutions
Interest in marketing topics and support in the execution of sales and marketing projects
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, e.g., in Sales, Key Account Management or Customer Success
Experience in grocery retail (trade or FMCG) and/or in the software / SaaS environment
Existing network and contacts in grocery retail are a plus
Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of taking responsibility
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong communicator, persuasive and confident in dealing with customers
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Driving license class B and willingness to travel occasionally
