Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies with approximately 50 or more employees) across all non-life lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including comparison of policy terms and conditions
Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with the external sales team (management)
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
Solid knowledge in at least one non-life line, e.g., industrial fire, commercial/general liability, product liability, etc.
Completed training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist, or a relevant university degree
Enthusiasm for actively helping to shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and for ongoing personal development
