Role Overview
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a sales and service focus
- Consult customers, identify needs, and present relevant service offers
- Support customers with internet, telephone, and TV service topics using documented procedures
- Follow the full sales and consultation flow, including documentation in internal systems
- Work toward defined sales, quality, and performance targets
Requirements
- German at C1 Advanced level (spoken and written)
- English at B2 Upper-intermediate level (spoken and written)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Legal right to work in Bulgaria (EU passport, EU ID card, or valid work permit)
- Availability for on-site work in Sofia during training (2 months)
- Availability for Monday–Friday shifts within 08:00–19:00
- Comfortable with phone-based sales conversations and customer interaction
