About this role
Role Overview
- Monitoring legal proceedings via court websites;
- Updating the internal case tracking system;
- Drafting simple petitions and motions;
- Attending hearings as the firm's representative (preposto);
- Preparing forms and payment slips, extracting copies; drafting consumer defense responses for PROCON;
- Registering cases in the case management system;
- Scheduling deadlines and reviewing court publications;
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Law degree — between 2nd and 6th semester
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
