Role Overview
- Monitoring case progress on court websites;
- Updating the internal case tracking system;
- Drafting basic legal filings;
- Attending hearings as a company representative (preposto);
- Preparing payment slips, extracting copies; drafting defenses for PROCON proceedings;
- Registering cases in the case management system;
- Scheduling deadlines and verifying court publications;
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Law degree program – between 2nd and 6th semester;
- Basic Microsoft Office skills;
