About this role
Role Overview
You support the Director Mechanical and Plant Engineering in building and expanding the segment
To achieve growth targets, you develop innovative ideas for the structured development of the segment together with the Director
Through structured, targeted and professional acquisition, you win new clients for filling key positions (interim mandates and permanent placements) and build and expand key accounts among existing clients
Based on market observations, you develop strategies together with the Director to identify and exploit potential, and co-own their implementation
You manage our existing clients, continuously expand collaboration at management level, and are responsible for developing and servicing key clients, focusing on mid-sized companies and corporations, nationally and internationally
You lead recruitment processes for (inter)national mandates, work hand in hand with our research specialists, and conduct targeted conversations with candidates, interim managers and clients
You are a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER in your segment and inspire our clients by filling high-calibre positions at well-known brands and hidden champions at senior management levels, as well as critical roles
You build close cooperation with our Senior Advisor Board and support the Director in the search for additional advisors
Requirements
You bring several years of operational professional experience in the mechanical and plant engineering industry or have worked in a management consultancy with a comparable sector focus and have been able to build a corresponding network
You have an affinity for sales and business development
Working with people and a strong service mindset are your passion, so achieving targets and successfully managing demanding mandates is a fulfilling task for you
You bring a structured, conscientious working style as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
A professional, representative demeanor is your trademark, with which you are appreciated and recognized by our clients at top level as a partner and solutions provider
Highest quality and customer orientation are a natural requirement for your daily actions
