Role Overview
Own client relationships and manage client contracts, meeting SLAs & driving renewals
Utilize R1 technology and interface with R1 Operations teams to optimize Client KPIs
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback
Manage and resolve complex client issues and escalations
Coordinate with other R1 departments to ensure best-possible partnership & performance
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations
Requirements
5+ years of account management, client success management, and/or revenue cycle operations consulting experience working with Vice President and Director-level partners
5+ Revenue Cycle experience, preferably has experience with Prior Authorization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel functions
Ability to travel up to 25%
Is an extroverted collaborator that looks forward to meeting new clients/client prospects and thrives on delivering performance improvements
