Facilitates Agile delivery across multiple teams by leading Scrum ceremonies, ensuring backlog readiness, removing blockers, and driving continuous process improvement in collaboration with Product Owners and Program Managers.
Work as Scrum Master across multiple teams
Lead Daily Stand-ups and other Scrum sprint ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Closing Ceremony, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective
Work with Product Owners to ensure release backlogs are effectively groomed
Work with Product Owners and senior team members to enable effective release and sprint planning activities
Creating and implementing best Agile and Scrum practices policies, standards, and frameworks.
Act as primary point to manage blockers and dependencies with other Grid Software teams and any external entities
Work with Program Manager to monitor, analyse and act upon key sprint and release metrics
Work with Program Manager and development team to evolve and improve development processes continuously to deliver more positive customer impact

Good conversational English
5 years of professional experience relevant to the role
Primary skillset: experienced as Scrum Master using SCRUM in enterprise software product setting
Secondary skillset: Azure Devops (ADO), Confluence, Lean toolkit techniques
