Retail Store Manager

Role Overview

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
• Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage
• Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales, customer service, and product engagement
• Own and lead all daily retail operations
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 4+ years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
• Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required
