Role Overview
Global System Owner for SuccessFactors Recruiting
Support, further development and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module
Support and active participation in the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules and their integration into the existing SAP system landscape
Execution and coordination of upgrades, test cycles and troubleshooting/root-cause analyses
Close collaboration with IT system specialists and the interfaces in G+D’s country subsidiaries
First-level support for Germany and maintenance of connected interfaces (in particular to the HR website, but also external websites)
Shaping global HR processes and conceptual development of the HR reporting landscape
Identification and introduction of innovative technologies and (AI) approaches for process optimization
Requirements
Degree in (business) informatics/computer science, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification with relevant further training
Several years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on Recruiting
Good knowledge of system integration, particularly between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
Solid experience in customizing and authorization/permissions management
Practical knowledge of GDPR compliance and audit requirements
Experience in project management and business process optimization
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Enthusiasm for data, new digital tools and AI
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills, teamwork and the ability to work independently complete your profile
