Execute and develop category strategies for corporate functions (excl. IT), ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFPs, supplier negotiations, contracting, and implementation.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance and Engineering to align sourcing solutions with business needs.
Identify cost savings, trade working capital improvements and value creation opportunities through supplier consolidation, demand management, and contract renegotiations.
Manage supplier relationships and performance, including SLAs, KPIs, and regular business reviews.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant legal, ethical, and risk requirements.
Track and report on savings initiatives, contract coverage, and sourcing pipeline activity.
Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and innovation in corporate services to inform sourcing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experiences in lieu of the degree
5+ years of work experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain or related fields
Category and Sourcing experience in Indirect required, experience with Corporate Spend categories preferred
Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as external vendors to effectively manage scope of work and ensure alignment with business needs
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, assess risk, and drive forward progress in a structured manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team
