Ensure efficient management of warehouse administrative processes, maintaining operational control over receipt, dispatch, and inventory.
Monitor performance indicators, support decision-making and continuous improvement of administrative procedures, and foster integration between different company areas as well as service to producers and drivers.
Perform accounting closing activities related to provisions for the Back Office administrative team’s operations.
Support the implementation and documentation, and monitor internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Conduct self-tests of internal controls and implement improvements in critical Back Office processes.
Support audits related to SOX compliance.
Act as the focal point for internal and external audits, providing information and ensuring the readiness of audited areas.
Analyze opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks and deficiencies identified in administrative and financial processes.
Develop, review, and implement accounting and financial policies and procedures, ensuring standardization across processes and business units and regulatory compliance.
Support the team with internal training on policies/procedures and accounting and controls best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree — in progress or completed
Experience in administrative roles, preferably in the agribusiness sector
Desirable: Experience with Microsoft automation tools
