- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on radiation effects
- Collaborate with Amentum leadership and Government customers to advise on policy development
- Bridge technical depth with strategic program goals
- Guide architectural decisions and mentor staff
- Solve complex, high-risk problems
- Steer technical vision and improve engineering processes
- Align projects with long-term objectives across multiple programs
- Resolve high-stakes issues and program bottlenecks
- Perform risk assessments and foster collaboration among stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least twenty (20) years of job-related experience
- Expertise in materials and device radiation interactions
- Extensive experience in radiation testing, requirements development, and results analysis
- Strategic planning expertise across multiple programs and organizations
- Experience developing technical white papers and proposals
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
