Analyze current hardware asset management processes and identify opportunities for optimization across the asset lifecycle
Lead the documentation of functional designs, asset lifecycle workflows, process maps, and user stories specific to Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Evaluate and improve IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Service Management processes, ensuring alignment with HAM best practices and compliance requirements
Design and implement solutions supporting asset lifecycle management, including inventory tracking, stockroom operations, procurement, and asset normalization
Collaborate with stakeholders (procurement, finance, IT, and operations) to ensure accurate asset data, lifecycle visibility, and governance
Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow HAM, advising on best practices such as asset reconciliation, contract management, and vendor integrations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience delivering IT consulting, integration, or managed services
Strong understanding of CMDB, asset data models, and relationships between assets and configuration items
Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
