Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
7+ years of progressive software development experience
1–2 years leading high-performing teams in remote/hybrid environments
Proven technical expertise with modern development practices; able to contribute code and architecture guidance
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across disciplines and senior leadership
Adaptability and agility, championing continuous improvement in both process and product
