Be the marketer who brings the brand to life driving visitation and spend to our casinos
Translate national marketing strategy into venue specific plans
Create and deliver 360° marketing campaigns across all channels
Use data, segmentation and insights to shape venue activity
Diagnose business challenges and advise GMs on marketing response
Support teams to execute campaigns brilliantly and consistently
Ensure national campaigns land creatively across touchpoints
Share best practices across the estate

Multisite marketing experience with strong stakeholder management
Experience in customer led, retail, leisure or gaming environments (advantageous)
Ability to read a P&L, diagnose challenges, and build commercially‑driven plans
A confident communicator who can influence senior operators
Strong planning, organisation and campaign delivery skills
Creativity paired with commercial judgement
Energy, ambition, resilience and a love for fast paced environments
