Hands on in setting up and optimising the product national, regional and vertical paywall strategy.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle across Reach domains, ensuring smooth delivery across Unknown, Known, ID, Contract, Paywall Billing and Access.
Oversee integrations and manage logic, refunds, and failed payments.
Co-manage the product backlog.
Build out new subscription tiers and shape subscriber-only experiences to increase demand and capture more value.
Optimise conversion and paywall funnel to drive acquisitions.
Improve flows to deliver fantastic end-to-end user journeys.
Manage experiments and implement test and learn workflows across multiple touch points.
Utilise pricing dynamics to deliver a pricing strategy that drives ARPU and lifetime value.
Requirements
Experience of using subscription platforms and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Knowledge of using the Piano Subscription platform and launching new subscription products into the market are highly desirable, but not essential.
A keen interest in the subscriptions ecosystem and ideally a history of successfully optimising subscription driven models, ideally within a fast-paced media environment.
Innovative, experimental, and data-driven.
Excellent communicator.
Open to ex Developers/Analysts or similar looking to step up into a new role.
