Build and grow B2B partnerships in the sportsbook industry
Own lead generation, outreach, negotiations, and deal closure activities
Maintain a structured pipeline and reporting cadence
Coordinate internally to progress opportunities through commercial and technical stages
Represent the solution with partners during meetings, events, and visits
Source and qualify new B2B opportunities in sportsbook and related ecosystems
Run outbound outreach, pitch solutions, and handle commercial negotiations
Manage a portfolio of operators, aggregators, platform providers, and related stakeholders
Track pipeline stages, next steps, and forecasts; share structured updates
Coordinate with internal product, trading, and technical stakeholders to support deal closure

3+ years of B2B business development experience in sportsbook or iGaming
Existing network with sportsbook operators, platforms, aggregators, or comparable B2B stakeholders
Russian C2/native + English C1
Proven ability to source leads independently and close B2B deals
Availability for frequent travel for client meetings and industry events
Ability to work fully remotely in a performance-driven setup
