Danish Speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist

Role Overview

• Build and optimize online advertising campaigns for a portfolio of customers.
• Translate customer objectives into keyword, bidding, and budget recommendations.
• Analyze performance at account and campaign level to identify improvement actions.
• Produce reporting to support optimization decisions and track outcomes.
• Follow internal processes, policies, and quality requirements.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and follow the process to implement changes.

Requirements

• Danish: native (written and spoken).
• English: B2 Upper-intermediate or higher.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign optimization roles.
• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on use of online advertising tools (keyword targeting, bidding, budgeting).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Microsoft Office skills; Excel used regularly.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in Portugal (EU passport, EU ID card, or valid work permit).
