Customer Support Representative, German C2, English C1

Role Overview

• Answer customer inquiries via email, chat and phone
• Assist customers with product selection based on needs, preferences and budget constraints
• Provide product information, usage guidance and clarification on orders
• Communicate delivery status, order updates and next steps clearly and in a structured manner
• Follow up on after-sales inquiries (warranty claims, missing parts) and monitor progress until resolution
• Escalate non-standard cases to internal teams and track them through to completion

Requirements

• German C2 (written and verbal)
• English C1 (written and verbal)
• Freelance B2B setup required: invoicing via your own freelancer/company structure
• Availability for rotating shifts within 08:00–24:00 German time (CET)
• Previous customer service experience required
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable task ownership
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• Valid work authorization as a self-employed contractor from a European country (EU passport, EU ID card or valid work permit)
