Draft, negotiate, and advise on a range of commercial agreements, including trade financing agreements, loan documents, guarantees, and related financing documents
Work on legal entity administration and corporate governance in over 30 countries and provide assistance with organizational and compliance filing materials
Review and negotiate various legal contracts and other documents, including vendor contracts and NDAs
Work on a wide range of in-house legal matters, draft and review statutory and other corporate documents, provide advice and support on corporate law matters
Coordinate with internal business and operations including credit, tax, treasury, operations, etc. in connection with legal reviews
Research and provide guidance on regulatory requirements applicable to GSCF’s business globally
Correspond with local counsel regarding documentation and team questions, and coordinate review by such counsel
Support HR Team in employment law related matters including drafting and reviewing of documents
Requirements
3-5 years’ of relevant experience as a lawyer
Law degree and successful Bar Exam required
Fluency in Hungarian and English
German language proficiency would be a plus
Strong understanding of Hungarian Labor Code and employment law
Must have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication abilities
Able to work under pressure, to prioritize competing demands
