Own Paid Media Campaigns: Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other channels (Spotify, streaming, etc.).
Drive Strategy & Insights: Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to bring actionable insights on audiences, formats, and creative approaches.
Optimize Resource Allocation: Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and identify CRO opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance metrics like CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Collaboration: Align with Creative and Content teams to deliver optimized assets and expand into new paid channels.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance marketing (strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads).
Proven experience with mobile app advertising (Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta App Install ads).
Proficiency in designing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns.
Understanding of marketing funnels and user acquisition.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Strong English proficiency is a must.
Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Canva.
Differentials: Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in fast-paced environments.
