About this role
Role Overview
Establish new contacts and excite potential customers about our products
Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new customers through targeted (cold) prospecting
Research potential leads via CRM/databases, the internet, and social media
Use tender platforms, referrals, networks, and newsletters
Contact decision-makers by phone or through digital channels
Present solutions and build sustainable relationships
Work closely with colleagues from the technical team, field sales, and customer consulting
Document all activities in the CRM system and contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in industry, wholesale and international trade) or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in telephone sales, lead generation, or inside sales
Enjoy direct customer contact
Strong communication skills and self-initiative
Confident, personable telephone manner
Excellent German language skills (at least C1)
Proficient in using digital tools and CRM systems
Structured working style, organizational talent, and persistence in prospecting
