Seeking an experienced Non‑Executive Director to join our Board as we scale our international consumer beauty technology business.

Remuneration Committee experience: minimum 12 month’s experience on a Remuneration Committee, ideally including time as Chair.
Board experience: proven NED track record (minimum of two roles) across mid‑market or FTSE 350 boards or international equivalent.
Time commitment: plural in nature so ensuring adequate availability to support TBTG plc.
Highly valued experience: Consumer‑branded tech, retail, or digital consumer sectors.
Prior Committee Chair experience.
Strong C‑suite network across retail/wholesale, ideally with international exposure.
Strong cultural alignment to TBTG’s values and a collaborative, coaching style.
Strategic thinker, commercially minded and pragmatic.
Sound judgement on remuneration and incentive design.
Calm authority and presence with personal credibility.
