About this role
Role Overview
Engage with senior executives of multinational corporations and mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors
Work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships
Act as a product expert, being the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams
Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients
Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets
Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions
Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
Fluent Arabic and English bilingual
Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project
Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer-oriented, and a true team player
