- Tracking budgets and ensuring spend accuracy
- Monitoring content calendars and campaign pacing
- Briefing and overseeing an assistant who builds ads
- Weekly reporting and performance insights
- Ongoing account optimisation
- Working closely with Senior Account Managers on strategy
- Managing client comms and updates
Requirements
- Agency background is essential
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Comfortable managing budgets without errors
- Confident in client communication
- Passionate about paid social and performance marketing
- Genuinely driven to grow
- Completed tertiary qualification (degree required)
- Technical knowledge is valued (GA4, pixels, catalogues), but mindset and ownership are more important than being ultra-technical.
