Organize and manage the strategic calendar of awards, events, and speaking opportunities
Develop proactive storylines and corporate narratives that strengthen the client's positioning
Support the management of sensitive issues and crisis communication
Build and cultivate relationships with journalists and strategic stakeholders
Identify and propose initiatives across diverse channels
Requirements
Solid experience in corporate communication and public relations, working in communication agencies or in-house, with a portfolio of proactive and strategic projects — minimum of 5 years of experience
Ability to go beyond day-to-day demands, with a proactive appetite to create projects, suggest story ideas, and constructively challenge the client
Experience in reputation management, scenario analysis and, preferably, crisis communication
Excellent organizational skills and long-term planning, especially to manage multiple deadlines, awards and events
Ability to perform qualitative analyses of media coverage, connecting results to the client's business objectives
Previous experience or strong interest in the technology, e-commerce, automotive or real estate sectors will be a strong differential
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (basic level)
Education: Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields
Languages: Native Portuguese. Advanced English is desirable
