About this role

Lead account servicing for Brand PR accounts, serving as the interface between the consumer and health sectors;
Manage two distinct teams, ensuring integration, clarity of roles, team development and quality of deliverables;
Serve as the primary client contact, managing daily operations with organization, strategic vision and a consultative approach;
Develop strategic communication and PR plans focused on brand, reputation, institutional matters and sustainability;
Build and maintain relationships with the press, partners and relevant stakeholders for the accounts;
Analyze results, consolidate reports and identify opportunities to evolve and grow the accounts;
Ensure effective time management, prioritization and operational flow in a context of multiple fronts and competing demands.

Solid experience in PR, corporate communications and account servicing in an agency or similar environment;
Experience with brand PR accounts, preferably including projects in the consumer and health sectors;
People management experience with the ability to lead, develop and organize teams;
Background in institutional communication, reputation management and sustainability;
Advanced English.
