Role Overview
Drive product strategy and execution for innovative healthcare revenue cycle solutions, grounded in research, stakeholder insight, and business expertise
Lead project planning and execution by running meetings and guiding teams through high-quality plans and roadmaps that connect product vision to measurable progress
Generate strategic product insights by solving complex business challenges, identifying high-leverage data signals, and translating AI/ML model outputs into clear product direction
Engage and align stakeholders across business teams, engineering, other product groups, and leadership; distill complex concepts into clear, business-focused language
Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify root causes, shape strategy, and drive alignment through clear communication
Apply deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and regulations to guide compliant product development and ensure solutions are relevant and impactful
Requirements
5+ years of product management, with 2+ years of healthcare and/or SaaS experience
Strong technical fluency in SQL or Python
Proven track record of defining product strategy and driving measurable business impact
Deep experience working with data platforms, AI/ML-driven systems, or highly technical products
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, regulations, and workflows
Deep understanding of machine learning modeling techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, and NLP) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
Knowledge of real-world use and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Experience creating analytics tools and visualizing data and model results utilizing a modern BI tool (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.)
