Prospect and qualify new clients for the Zoho portfolio.
Maintain active post-event relationships with clients to generate new business.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical/commercial teams, understanding needs and proposing solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a focus on account expansion.
Participate in alignment meetings, product demonstrations, and client trainings.
Collaborate with the implementation, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure an efficient customer journey.
Update the CRM with strategic information about clients.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Account Manager or in Inside Sales.
Clear, consultative, and empathetic communication skills.
Organized, process-oriented, with an analytical mindset.
Experience working with B2B clients (preferably in technology or SaaS).
Familiarity with CRM systems for logging activities and managing the pipeline.
Ability to assess client needs, identify pain points, and evaluate solution fit.
Proactive, revenue-expansion focused (hunter) profile with strong results orientation.
Routine management skills, especially for follow-ups and pipeline control.
