About this role
Role Overview
- Provide application support for Roche diagnostic instruments and software
- Troubleshoot technical and scientific problems related to laboratory systems
- Install and configure instruments and reagents at customer sites
- Train laboratory staff on the use of Roche diagnostic systems
- Support the sales team with technical expertise during product demonstrations
- Document cases and solutions in CRM systems
- Maintain strong relationships with hospitals and laboratory customers
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, etc.)
- Experience in clinical laboratory diagnostics or medical technology highly preferred
- Knowledge of laboratory analyzers and diagnostic workflows
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Slovenian and English (Croatian is advantage)
