About this role
Role Overview
Provide administrative support and coordinate office communications
Serve as first-line liaison to internal and external contacts
Greet customers and provide information
Maintain inventory and order office supplies
Assist educators with clerical and administrative tasks
Requirements
High School diploma or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of related experience preferred
Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to handle multiple priorities/deadlines
