About this role

Support the Finance Manager in ensuring revenues and costs are accurately captured and allocated
Manage Subcontractor Purchase Orders, including resolving invoice queries
Undertake nominal ledger tasks such as journal processing, cross-charges, and period-end reconciliations
Support the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
Monitor and report KPIs and non-financial data to support service delivery and contractual commitments
Perform regular large-scale operational and transactional reconciliations

Currently studying towards AAT, CIMA, or ACCA qualification
Experience using a finance system or ERP package
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
High attention to detail and a strong focus on financial controls
The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
