Workflow Architecture: Design and build complex automation workflows using n8n to connect our internal ecosystem (CRM, ATS, ERP, and Engineering tools).
AI Agent Deployment: Leverage Agentic AI (Claude for Work, LLMs) to handle complex logic, code generation, and data analysis, minimizing manual coding time.
Cross-Functional Tooling: Collaborate directly with Founders, Sales, and Engineering leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy immediate technical solutions.
Rapid Prototyping: Accelerate the development lifecycle by moving from idea to deployed internal tool in hours, not weeks.
System Optimization: Monitor and refine automated processes to ensure reliability and scalability as the company grows.

Experience: 0-3 years in a technical field (Software Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or similar).
The "100x" Mindset: You are obsessed with efficiency. You prioritize orchestration and leverage over manual execution and seek to automate any repetitive task.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and logic flow. Experience with Python or JavaScript is required for custom logic implementation.
Modern Tooling Stack: Familiarity with (or an intense drive to master) workflow orchestration tools like n8n and AI collaboration suites like Claude Projects.
Global Mindset: English fluency is required; willing to engage across functions to align with stakeholders.
