Oversee daily catering operations across both sites, ensuring timely meal provision for all warehouse shifts
Maintain effective and consistent food offer, financial budgets while developing the team in catering provision and food service
Oversee completion and maintenance of HACCP documentation, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and allergen records
Recruit, train, and onboard new team members to ensure competence in food hygiene, allergen management, meal preparation, and safe working practice

Proven experience managing catering operations, ideally across multiple sites
Level 3 Food Hygiene/Food Safety is essential
Previous supervisory role in food production and customer service would be desirable
