Role Overview

- Follow a bespoke training plan with mentoring and regular progress reviews
- Attend Sheffield Hallam University on a block release basis
Requirements
- Approximately 112 UCAS points (equivalent to BBC grades at A level)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Ambition and a desire to learn and grow
- Adaptability to work across multiple departments and shift patterns
