Role Overview

• Work across a variety of departments including warehousing, health and safety, and human resources
• Gain confidence, experience, and skills to lead and support your own team
• Follow a bespoke training plan with an experienced mentor
• Attend Sheffield Hallam University on a block release basis

Requirements

• Approximately 112 UCAS points (equivalent to BBC grades at A level)
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambition and genuine desire to learn and grow
• Adaptable approach with flexibility to work across multiple departments and shift patterns
