Role Overview
- Perform cycle counts, as well as end-of-month, quarter, and physical inventory counts to ensure ongoing accuracy
- Coordinate file extracts, reconciliation processes, and inventory adjustments in line with system and operational requirements
- Investigate, resolve, and prevent inventory discrepancies using WMS data
- Correct routing, re-routing, and shipping errors
- Prepare and distribute inventory reports, including reconciliation, adjustments, productivity, and error tracking
- Monitor and coordinate automated stock transfers
- Support sustainability initiatives by minimizing environmental impact
- Ensure compliance with legal, company, and industry standards while contributing to continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory controlling within a logistics environment
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Fluent English, Dutch is preferred
- Willingness and flexibility to work shifts
