Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings: take charge of accounting operations and contribute to the preparation of financial statements;
Budget monitoring and financial analysis: coordinate and analyze the financial forecasting and budgeting process (OpEx and CapEx);
Produce variance reports and analyze them with internal teams to explain deviations;
Tax: prepare documentation for tax filings;
Treasury: ensure sound cash management;
Fixed assets: maintain records of tangible and intangible fixed assets;
Internal control: implement and maintain internal control procedures to manage financial risks;
Payroll: oversee all payroll-related operations;
Operational excellence: assess financial performance and propose solutions to improve process efficiency.

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration;
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a management control, accounting, or finance role;
Certification: CPA designation (obtained);
Technical skills: advanced proficiency in Excel;
Assets: experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or the healthcare industry and bilingualism (French/English) to interact with external partners.
