Lead the visual direction and design language for the VulcanForms brand across digital (including socials) and physical platforms.
Build and maintain guidelines for typography, color, layout systems, iconography, motion, photography, and overall visual identity.
Produce high quality design work for website pages, campaigns, technical diagrams, workflow illustrations, and strategic presentations.
Partner closely with leadership, sales, engineering and product teams to translate complex processes into clear, accurate content.
Work with leadership to build assets for launches, customer programs, trade shows, investor communications, and external storytelling.
Participate in reviews and provide crisp, constructive feedback to teammates.
Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all materials.
Stay current with design, motion, and visualization trends that elevate technical storytelling.

6+ years of professional experience designing for complex or technical industries
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital product design, or equivalent experience
A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and iconography
Experience supporting trade shows, environmental graphics, or physical installations
Experience developing or extending visual design systems and brand guidelines
Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
Ability to convert technical concepts into clear, accurate visuals without oversimplifying
Confidence collaborating with engineers, product managers, and cross functional teams
Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.
