Own full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles — from clinical positions (physicians, nurses, health coaches) to corporate and operational functions
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Build structured interview process to include hiring manager education
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing, networking, and employer brand efforts
Assist with creation of Compensation Bands in alignment with continued growth
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first touch to offer — communicating with clarity, warmth, and speed
Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and recruiting workflows with precision and attention to detail
Leverage Rippling (or similar HRIS/ATS) to maintain accurate recruiting data, reporting, and compliance documentation
Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and report on hiring progress to People leadership
Serve as a brand ambassador for Fountain Life — articulating our mission and culture in a way that excites and attracts top talent to include oversight of LinkedIn Recruiter presence
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup or scale-up experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success recruiting clinical roles — physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, or allied health professionals
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, and beyond
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting on key recruiting KPIs
Familiarity with healthcare or longevity/wellness industries is a strong plus
Experience with Rippling is a HUGE plus — if you've used it to manage ATS workflows, onboarding, or HRIS data, we definitely want to talk
