Getting hands-on with our design system. Polishing components, flagging inconsistencies, and learning how design decisions scale across a product
Working closely with engineers and product stakeholders in a lightweight, fast-moving environment

You have some visual design foundation, whether that comes from UI, graphic, motion, or any other design discipline
Professional experience is a plus but not a must. A strong portfolio or side projects matter more
You're proactive. You spot gaps and move on them without waiting for a brief
You get unblocked fast. You ask early, communicate clearly, and keep the team in the loop
You find internal tooling and dashboards genuinely interesting. Designing for power users is its own craft
You have a strong UI eye and care about polish. When working with existing components, you notice what’s off and know how to bring it up to standard
But you don’t get hung up on pixels. You prioritise shipping and product progress over pixel-perfect execution
Tool-agnostic and AI-curious. You’ve explored beyond Figma and actively look for ways to optimise your workflow
Currently enrolled in a design-related field, based in Berlin for a hybrid setup, and fluent in English
