Lead IFRS conversion activities, ensuring full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards
Prepare and deliver IFRS-compliant financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting processes
Perform revenue reconciliations and other reconciliations to ensure accuracy of all financial records, also between different systems
Lead group consolidation activities, ensuring accurate and timely group reporting, including consolidated cash flow statements
Manage intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and reporting across group entities
Act as the Admin user of NetSuite ERP — manage configurations, user access, workflows, and system improvements
Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems
Identify opportunities and lead development projects to enhance financial processes, reporting, and controls, in line with the IT roadmap
Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing timely and accurate documentation
Maintain and develop accounting policies and procedures in line with IFRS requirements
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Develop, maintain, and monitor internal controls to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial reporting
Assist with tax compliance and statutory reporting as required by Finnish regulations
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions with accurate financial data and insight

Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A qualification, for example CPA, is preferred
6+ years of experience in a similar role in an international fast paced environment
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and practical experience with IFRS conversion and reporting
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (admin-level proficiency preferred)
Excellent skills in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and closing processes
Experience with financial process development and improvement projects
Fluent in English; Finnish and Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organisation.
