Prepare and revise CAD drawings (plans, details, exhibits, and as-builts) for structural projects (bridges, waterfront structures, buildings, etc.) using various materials and design standards
Manage the production of complete sets of engineering drawings, ensuring a high-quality deliverable
Collaborate with consultants and other Moffatt & Nichol offices
Coordinate the development of models across disciplines, including but not limited to structural, architectural, site civil, roadway, grading, and MEP
Set up project-specific CADD standards and introduce new methods and CADD routines to enhance productivity and improve operations
Provide training and mentoring to other technicians as required

Requirements
Minimum 2-year technical or associate's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, required
15 or more years of structural drafting experience using AutoCAD, required; MicroStation experience is a strong plus
Strong working knowledge of various CAD standards, required
Understanding of general design concepts and construction methods for concrete and steel structures, required
Ability to work on projects with minimal supervision
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
