Role Overview
- Assist in developing AI-guided underwriting requirements from an Underwriting standpoint
- Collaborate with Business Transformation Leads and Agile teams to enable first-to-market underwriting technology solutions
- Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of current manual underwriting processes to identify areas for AI integration and improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance Underwriting (Specialty lines preferred)
- Underwriting experience in Wholesale/Surplus Lines or Financial Lines is a strong plus
- Agile Mindset: Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt quickly to change
