Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs—both internally and externally
Adhere to program guidelines, operational best practices, and quality standards
Support program operations, quality assurance, or process improvement
Engage with external program participants—such as customers and contractors—to schedule quality-assurance activities and share results
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assessments
Provide ongoing review and training to staff to ensure program requirements are met
Requirements
6+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience supporting program operations, quality assurance, or process improvement
Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork in a fast-moving environment
A passion for energy-efficiency programs and high-quality program delivery
