About this role
Role Overview
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings and ensure the reliability of management reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations (BE GAAP / IFRS) and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Analyze variances and develop KPI dashboards to formulate strategic recommendations.
- Support senior management in defining and implementing financial strategy within a business-partnering framework.
- Identify cost-optimization levers and opportunities to improve financial processes, notably through finance transformation projects.
- Structure internal controls, improve the quality of financial flows and contribute to the implementation or optimization of ERPs and reporting tools.
- Provide technical support to more junior consultants on their assignments.
- Monitor our consultants’ professional development, career progression and well-being.
- Work closely with the Partners.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and/or financial control.
- Excellent command of financial flows, reporting and related tools.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
- Proven experience in team management and mentoring.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards (BE GAAP / IFRS).
- Excellent written and spoken French and English. Dutch is a plus.
