Deliver on-site training, workflow optimization, and clinical support to healthcare professionals across France and the EMEA region.
Support the expansion of the installed base by assisting the sales team with clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and customer engagement.
Collect and structure clinical feedback from users (radiologists, orthopedic surgeons, technologists) to identify needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers by translating field insights into actionable input for future product iterations and innovations.
Represent EOS at national congresses, perform live demonstrations, and support marketing initiatives.
Organize and deliver training programs for internal teams, distributors, and partners to ensure consistent clinical excellence.
Travel frequently within France and across the EMEA region.
Requirements
Degree or certification as a Radiology Technologist or Biomedical Engineer.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal X-ray imaging and clinical workflows.
Solid understanding of IT connectivity within medical imaging environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for training and customer engagement.
Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate clinical feedback to cross-functional teams.
