Applications Engineer

Role Overview

• Deliver on-site training, workflow optimization, and clinical support to healthcare professionals across France and the EMEA region.
• Support the expansion of the installed base by assisting the sales team with clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and customer engagement.
• Collect and structure clinical feedback from users (radiologists, orthopedic surgeons, technologists) to identify needs, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers by translating field insights into actionable input for future product iterations and innovations.
• Represent EOS at national congresses, perform live demonstrations, and support marketing initiatives.
• Organize and deliver training programs for internal teams, distributors, and partners to ensure consistent clinical excellence.
• Travel frequently within France and across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Degree or certification as a Radiology Technologist or Biomedical Engineer.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal X-ray imaging and clinical workflows.
• Solid understanding of IT connectivity within medical imaging environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for training and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate clinical feedback to cross-functional teams.
