Own and drive new business development for the US market, identifying, pursuing, and converting new client opportunities in line with egg ’s growth ambitions
Build and activate your existing US client network (“black book”) to generate qualified leads and new brand opportunities
Proactively prospect and open doors with decision-makers, positioning egg as a strategic partner for brand events and experiential marketing
Represent and promote egg ’s brand, capabilities, and expertise within the US through meetings, presentations, and industry networking
Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and keep egg commercially relevant in US
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of won business and a strong client experience from pitch to delivery
Requirements
10+ years experience commercial role within events, hospitality, or marketing/communications
An established network of relevant clients and decision-makers that can be actively leveraged to generate new business opportunities fast.
Willing to travel across North America
Strong ability to build relationships and open doors at senior levels
Commercially sharp, with a strategic and curious mindset
Strong communicator and storyteller
able to sell a vision, not just a scope
Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in spoken and written English (No scrambled oeufs at Egg, svp.)
